Si vous utilisez MSN messenger, je vous conseille d'ajouter encarta@conversagent.com à vos contacts. C'est un robot qui sait tout (toute l'encyclopédie Encarta du moins) et qui donc peut répondre à (toutes ?) vos questions. Voici un exemple :
